the house
The house is newly renovated and furnished in a premium but essential way. It was important for the owners to keep the soul of this old Rustico (traditional italian farmer house) alive by integrating the original materials such as italian Terracotta floor tiles in the restoration.
The rooms are located on three different floors: the kitchen on the ground floors can be accessed from two sides, both doors lead into the garden, where you can enjoy spaghetti or grilled fish on the terrace in the shadow of a vine pergola.
Stone steps lead to the living room on the first floor, furnished with an original fireplace and a cozy double couch bed. The bath rooms are on the same floor.
On the second floor there are two bed rooms with a double bed each. One is located on the west side, with windows facing the famous Monte Baldo, the bigger one on the south/east side with a great view to the olive grove and the lake.
The house is very quiet and peaceful. It is equipped with a TV, free Wifi, air condition and heating system, washing machine, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine.
Casa La Masotta accommodates ideally 4 persons up to a maximum of 6 persons.

the garden
The real living room is the garden though. You can enjoy more then 5.000 square meter of olive grove to rest, meditate and recharge. Two terraces, a barbecue and a herbal garden are at the exclusive disposition of our guests.
The fragrance of Mediterranean herbs is enchanting, the change of season spectacular. Botanic lovers will be deeply impressed, also because all the flora blossoms without the use of chemicals. The hole area invites to an exploration between lavendel, smoke trees, oleander and agaves.

the pool
Near the olive grove there is a 15m long Infinity pool oriented towards the lake and the historical center of Malcesine. Swimming in the pool feels like immerging into the lake.
The pool is covered by an unique silver quarzite stone, which creates special light effects because of the solar radiation. The water is without chlorine infusion, the cleaning is ensured through a oxygen supply, a procedure which makes water become softer as well.
The pool is shared with the owners, who occasionally stay in the pool house aside when they cure the property of totally 20.000 square meter and do the gardening maintenance. They are at full disposal for any query.
