It was a lucky punch that we found this old farmers house on a hill above Malcesine. Abandoned, savaged, without electricity or water, accessible only by foot.

Despite the bad conditions of the house, this place had charm and character, we felt something magical. The olive trees, the enchanting smell of wild herbs, the fantastic panorama of the lake, the unique silence: we knew that this would become our summer residence.

We were really careful when reconstructing the house, because it was important for us to keep the original appearance alive. 2011 we added the infinity pool and the summer residence felt complete.

We are happy to share our little paradise with friends, that are looking for peace and relax.
